Dear Sister and Brother,

Talking through difficult times is critical to our healing journey.   It’s our opportunity to share our thoughts and to express our emotions.   Sharing serves as a physical exhale when our body and our spirit feel overwhelmed.  Sharing what’s on our hearts softens the pressure of holding-it-in.

I offer a safe space to share.  I welcome all stories as well as all religions and spiritual beliefs.   We can take a walk or sit with a cup of tea, and your story is sacred and safe with me.
